This marks the 2nd consecutive year The Gallery Collection has received this award.
Online retailers earning this award received significantly higher scores than average across seven key satisfaction indicators, including Overall Satisfaction, Product Selection, and Customer Support. The Gallery Collection was among a group of only 133 online retailers achieving these consistent high scores out of more than 5,000 companies within the Bizrate® Insights North American Retailer Network, placing it in the top 2.6% of participants.

This is wonderful news but not surprizing, I have been ordering for years-never needed to call customer service but if the customer service staff is as good as the order takers I can see why Gallery Collection won the awar.

Interesting, I am going to look into getting involved with Bizrate for my company-we also offer great customer service which is why we shop at the Gallery Collection. Never had a problem with Gallery, always a satisfied customer.
I actually get to speak with a “real live person” when dealing with the Gallery Collection. Everyone I speak with is helpful, patient, and pleasant. The Bizrate Circle of Excellence Award is a well deserved recognition of this company and the cards are beautiful.
I am so glad to hear this news! I’ve never had anything but a pleasant experience when dealing with The Gallery Collection. They know how to treat their customers like human beings, something that’s sadly missing from a lot of places today. Also, I have to echo what Melanie said above, this card is lovely!
