Have you heard the saying – “If we don’t take care of our customers, someone else will”? I think that says it all-customer retention is so important, it keeps a business thriving-sounds like a no brainer but many times over looked because we are so busy doing other things.
Sending Business Birthday cards is a smart way to keep one step ahead of the competition. In these hard economic times, sending a card is a cost effective way to let your customers know you are still in business and that you still appreciate their loyalty. Business relationships are more than just emails and phone calls, people appreciate the thoughtfulness of a genuine greeting card that has been personalized and mailed to them. You can be sure when your customer has a need, you will be the first company they think of.
Here are some great phrases to write on the inside of the card:
“We appreciate the confidence you have placed in us and we look forward to providing you with the best possible service into the future.”
‘’Our sincere thanks for your valued business. We appreciate having you as our customer and look forward to serving you again. “
“Thanks for placing your trust in us.”
Don’t forget the HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
These phrases work just as well in your Business Holiday cards; you are sending them, right?
Never mind receiving this card on my birthday, I want to work in the office depicted on it! They look like they really have a lot of fun there!
Great tips, thanks. I really appreciate being recognized for loyalty and partonage. Many times I will pay more or go out of my way to support a business that has made an effort ot know me.
In the competitive market today, it’s the little things that make a difference. Every company should send customer cards to acknowledge those special days.
I’ve received birthday cards from my hair salon and also my mechanic. It does make me feel appreciated as a customer. It makes me want to stay loyal to them too.
I love the card shown for the subject “Business Birthday Cards”, don’t think this was the right card but everyone’s enjoying themselves, wonder what’s in the cups? they all look like they’re having fun that’s what Birthdays are all about.
I like how you said that you can show that you appreciate their loyalty when sending a birthday card. My husband was telling me last night about how he wants to find more ways that his company cares about their clients. I’ll make sure to pass this information along to him so that he can look into sending his clients birthday cards!
