As the office manager at a software company, I am responsible for client relations. I am in charge of emails, phone calls, faxes, and, yes, our company greeting cards. For a while, I was searching out each card specifically, either at the local drugstore or online. The search took up so much of my time that my boss thought sending cards was becoming a waste of time. You forgot to mention one benefit of sending out greeting cards. It’s cheap advertising. Not only will the recipients appreciate getting a card from you but it will keep your business firmly in their mind. WHen they need the services you provide they will no doubt contact you.
